BEST TIME TO VISIT
You can visit Tuyet Tinh Coc Ninh Binh at any time of the year. In the summer, the weather in Tuyet Tinh Coc is dry and fresh, while the winter is cold and cloudy. You should depart at around 7 am to avoid exhaustion after conquering 250 steps to admire the cave's beauty.
1. Visit Am Tiem Cave and pagoda
The Am Tien Cave lies around 70 meters from the mountain’s foot. Tourists must ascend rough stone steps with rows of ancient green trees on both sides to reach the cave. There are several old stone steles in front of the cave inscribed with the names of persons who helped build Am Tien Pagoda – Cave hundreds of years ago.
Tourists will also see an epitaph engraved on the stone above the cave gate. The cave gate is guarded by two colossal Dharmapala statues and some statues of Dinh – Le dynasty generals, making the gate even more majestic. Inside the cave, there is the altar of majestic stone Buddha statues where tourists can worship. The cave’s mystique is enhanced by the specular stalactites in a variety of shapes. At the end of the cave, tourists can see a little lake known as “Suoi Giai Oan” by the locals.
Inside the Am Tien cave area, tourists can also visit Muoi Cave and Tien Cave. During the Dinh and Le Dynasties, they were supposed to be utilized for food and national treasury storage.

Anyone coming to Ninh Binh wants to enjoy the famous mountain goat. Ninh Binh mountain goat meat is famous for firmness, freshness and good taste. Mountain goats are processed into many dishes, but the most famous is probably still the lemon goat.
"Sticky rice with ant eggs"
Nho Quan Ninh Binh is one of the lands where brown ants live. The eggs of this ant are taken, washed, marinated with spices, then fried. It will be eaten with sticky rice and fried onions to create a very unique flavor.

HOW TO GET THERE
By Motorbike: If you would like to travel by motorbike, you can go on the old National Highway 1A, through Ha Nam and head towards Ninh Binh Thanh Hoa.
Ninh Binh hasn't got airport yet, so the flight is not avaiable to Ninh Binh, but there are some airport near Ninh Binh province such as Cat Bi airport in Hai Phong and Noi Bai airport in Hanoi, so you can take the flight to these airport and go from these airport to Ninh Binh.
By tourist bus: You can book the tourist bus with Asian Discovery Travel. It's start around 7h30 - 8h00 am ( pick you up at your hotel), transfer you go to Tuyet Tinh Coc. It's take about 2.5 hours from Hanoi to Tuyet Tinh Coc. You will have a short break on the half way.
By local bus: You can take the bus go on Phap Van Cau Gie - Ninh Binh Highway. With a distance of about 90 km, it may take you around 1,5 hour to reach the center of Ninh Binh City. Then from Ninh Binh city, you will take grap or taxi to Tuyet Tinh Toc.
You can easily go by train to come to Ninh Binh urban axis is situated on the North-South Railway. In Ninh Binh Province, there are also a lot of railway stations, including Ninh Binh, Cau Yen, Ghenh and Dong Giao Train Station. But the most popular is Ninh Binh train station. Some trains departing from Hanoi are SE1, SE3, SE5, SE7, SE9, SE19. It's take more or less 2 hours go by train from Hanoi to Ninh Binh. It's cost from 10 - 15usd/1 pax.
